You need to open an SR at the URL below and clearly explain your issue.
If you have previously opened an SR, then you need to put the SR number in your post when asking a question in this forum. Oracle Support is good about replying to these tickets. In the vast number of threads I've seen on this board where someone was having a problem getting a response from them, they had supplied an invalid email address to support.
As mentioned above, you will need to contact Oracle Certification Support to get your CertView account updated with the new email address for login.
