One user is getting authentication failed (message is - Authentication failed. Return to Login page) when she tried to login to the URL - https://auth1.website.com/amserver/UI/Login?org=enterprise. I looked in LDAP log and found a search record, but no BIND record for her. I looked in AM log and found a login failed message timestamped same as search record in LDAP log. So, AM says login failed but there was no BIND sent to LDAP. We thought its a problem of AM memory lock and we restarted AM restart to fix, but still we are having the same issue.
Can you please let us know the possible root causes and the require solution to fix this issue.

The information you provided isn't enough to troubleshoot your problems. You will need to enable debug logs to get more detailed error messages. My guess would be that the password for the dsameuser has expired and/or the dsameuser has been locked/disabled
