Was the SRF changed recently?
What if you roll back to the vanilla (original) SRF?
When you look in the log, do you see any other errors?
I am worked before in sample database, now i am trying to connecting server ,i changed my SRF recently.
Are you connecting with the dedicated client to the server?
Are you sure that the CFG is correct?
What if you open IE and connect to the server?
Maybe you would have already done this activity.
If not just check if the responsibility "Siebel Administrator" is mapped to the user id using which you were getting such errors.
