To get failure cause, you will have to log back to EM as a SSA Administrator and inspect the request details. This can be done from the request dashboard.
I see only "Status: Execution Error" on Cloud Request Dashboard and no other detail on what causes the failure. Are you aware of any log that can give me some clue?
Login as sysman and search in Job - Activity, search for failed jobs. You should see the execution error.
The job will details the step at which it has failed.
