          Hi,

          Use any FTP client to connect to the FTP Server and upload a file. Download for example FileZilla to do this.

          Here is a manual on how to use this.

            If you mean how a user can upload attachments in PeopleSoft and how these can be stored on a FTP Server, then start off by adding a button on a page and a fieldchange event with PeopleCode something like this:

            &retcode = AddAttachment(URL.MYFTP, ATTACHSYSFILENAME, "", ATTACHUSERFILE, 0);

            Read more on the AddAttachment function in PeopleBooks
            PeopleBooks > PeopleTools 8.52: PeopleCode Language Reference > PeopleCode Built-in Functions > AddAttachment
            http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E28394_01/pt852pbh1/eng/psbooks/tpcl/book.htm?File=tpcl/htm/tpcl02.htm#H4082

            In above example AddAttachment function will upload the attachment (the user provides) to the url defined in URL.MYFTP.
            URL.MYFTP will contain the actual connect string to the FTP Server.
            You can configure the URL via PeopleTools, Utilities, Administration, URLs

            Read more on URL maintance in PeopleBooks
            PeopleBooks > PeopleTools 8.52: System and Server Administration > Using PeopleTools Utilities > URL Maintenance
