Please apply the patch for 13956401. When you click on Check Updates button on Self Update page, the update status for "orphaned" updates will get reconciled.
I installed the patch 13956401, but Self Update > Agent Software status is still the same: Scheduled, for Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
When I click Scheduled, I get the same message: "+Error The job no longer exists or is not accessible.+"
In Actions only the Readme button is enabled.
What do I have to do now?
Oh, I just executed a new Check Updates, and the Status changed to Failed. The patch solved the problem.
We were downloading some new plugins and three got stuck and stopped.
They're still "In progress" in the Self-Update Menu, but when we try to check the details, we get the following error:
"The job no longer exists or is not accessible."
We can't restart or cancel them.
Is the 13956401 patch a solution for this?
If you're on 18.104.22.168.0 then yes, you'll need the patch. After applying the patch, click on "Check Updates" on Self Update page to reconcile the status.
If you're on 22.214.171.124.0, then you don't need the patch. Just click on "Check Updates".
