      Hi !

i want to generat tables its dependents and sp scripts using export wizard

after that i want to create new user with schema. new connection so that i can see my new schema.

then i want to run above generated script to create all tables , dependents and sp.

will it create similar schema as first one or there is any thing i am missing.
i mean will it work as full fledged schema?

please note:-i have tried other export fecilities they are working, but i wanted a script to it for me , that is why i am using this method.

      yours sincerely

Are you saying that you want to generate a DDL script from a converted Oracle schema and run it on some other database instance?. Ofcourse you can do that and it will include work. If you have not changed anything in the Oracle schema after migrating from another database, then you can probably re-use the DDL script generated by SQLDeveloper for the first time. I hope this makes sense.

following thing i would like to do.

1)i want to generate the script using Tools->Database export wizard
2)i want to run it on same instance, but with diffrent schema.
3)the script u where talking about was generated by sqldevloper at first time at the time of migration or it was scipt generated by Tools->Database export wizard.

so basically i want to create more than one schema and run the same script of tables and sp on same instance and or diffrent instance on diffrent machine also.

            yours sincerely
