You might want to begin with the "Getting Started with Connected Mobile Sales" article available in the Training & Support section of your CRM On Demand environment.
You should specifically check the privileges associated with your role in CRM On Demand. You must have the "Access Connected Mobile Sales" privilege enabled before you can login to Connected Mobile Sales. There is another privilege for Application Composer access.
If you do not see these privileges listed, you should contact CRM On Demand Customer Care. If you are licensed to use mobile products with CRM On Demand, they will be able to add the required privilege to allow you to manage Connected Mobile Sales access.
