We currently have workflows in place that let us know when a request has not been responded to within a certain amount of time. What we're struggling with is coming up with a workflow that will take working hours into account. For example, if we received a request on a Friday at 9pm, we do not want an email to be sent on the Saturday saying that this request has not been responded to. So Ideally we need a workflow that will only email us during our working week.
