set different login retries values for individual users to locked their uid

I need to set different values for individual users to locked their uids after given number of retries.
This should implement for individual users with different number retries values on Solaris SPARC 10(SunOS 5.10).
I have the same question

Unfortunately, all users must share the same retry setting defined by the "RETRIES=" setting in /etc/default/login.
