I am not able to send emails with below preference settings(even test mails are not been sent).Can you find any errors in the Workflow log file?
1) Workflow System Administrator: *
2) Notification Style: “HTML Summary Mail”(It is the business requirment and cannot be changed)
When the set the notification style has “HTML mail with attachments” i am able to send emails and send test mails.Workflow Notification Email Preference is Disabled: How to Troubleshoot and Repair [ID 1326359.1]
Can some one tell me if i am missing any setup in the mailer configurations.
