Where to find the old swingconnection articles?

Just noticed that all (that I accidentally tried to open, nothing thoroughly) the links to the old technical articles are re-directed to the main products entry page, f.i.

http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/tsc/articles/swing2d/index.html

Couldn't find any new links referencing them. Ideas where to look? Or is my paranoid self correct (which seems to think they were deliberately hidden/deleted ...)?

Cheers

The christmas table article was one of them right? Which leads me from "site:http://www.oracle.com java table christmas" to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/tech/articles-jsp-139072.html to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/christmastree-138396.html

On http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/index-140688.html the link description is still http://java.sun.com/products/jfc/tsc/index.html but it leads to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/tech/articles-jsp-139072.html so guess that's it, but most links still point to the sun site (the christmas one doesn't). So you'll have to google them :/

No, just "not migrated". Perhaps some internet archive site or the Google cache gives you some result.

yeah, the infamous x-mas article is one of them - and obviously one of the few that seemed to have at least survived the hiding migration ...

Actually, the search is even more djungle-esk than described:

    - the outcome on "java table christmas" is not stable, after getting two different lists of results I didn't try further
    - one had a reference containing Swing Connection in its title as the last result on the first page

    http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/index-139585.html

Thats a page containing teasers for the actual articles, all with a "for more read _here_" - most of the here links go back to ... http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/index.html

    - back in the index-139585.html breadcrumb (swingconnection) gives another list of articles with links, again many pointing back to ... you get the drift

Couldn't find (too impatient, probably) the one that compares awt/swing painting. The only hope might be that they are in the process of migrating ...

    Thanks everybody!

The net result - not easily findable - is about the same :-) Paranoia still awake ...
