Hello Everyone,
I am a new user of Contract Manager. I was able to install CM13 Stand ALone version and it seemed working fine. After few days though the software stopped working. Everytime I click on the CM icon a "HTTP 404 page cannot be found" error appears. What can it be? the updated java version? or most likely some setting in Jboss? I didn't change anything. Do you have a solution for this?

    I have noticed I run some update that Windows 7 required. I restored the system to a previous moment and now Contract Manager works again but note the left panel of control center. It is not there. I guess this is caused by java now. Which update is causing this though? Any idea?

    I tried installing CM v13.1 on Windows 7 64-bit Stand Alone but I can't seem to get it to work. I used Jboss and Oracle XE. What did you use? Can you please elaborate on the steps involved? Thanks a million.

    Contract Management 13.x and lower are not tested or supported for use with installing onto a 64 bit operating system. You can check to see if disabling UAC will allow for the Contract Management application to function. If not, are you getting any errors reported?

    As for the project tree not loading completely, you can open the java console by clicking the coffee cup icon that appears in the system tray to see if there are any error messages being reported. With Contract Management 13.1 you will want to make sure that you are using the 32 bit version JRE on the local computer. You should be able to use JRE 6 Update 24 through JRE 7 Update 5 depending on the client operating system. Take a look at the Tested Configuration document Client and Browser tab.

    Hi,

    Are you running IIS (Internet Information Services)? If so, then probably you might have as well changed the settings for IIS feature updates in your system.

    In order to run the CM in web you should change the settings from,
    1. Go to Control Panel
    2. Uninstall or change a program
    3. To left menu you can find turn windows features on or off
    4. Uncheck the IIS services.

    Now, CM standalone has some installation bug which is not solved yet. However, you can run the same by installing and configuring the same for web access.
