It actually does support the DbContext API, as does the unmanaged version (as of EF 4, though I'm using it with 5 successfully in my testing). I'm surprised that the readme hasn't been updated in this release. Last time around the readme said it didn't, but the install instructions said it did (superseding the readme).
Code First is not supported, and won't be in this release I'd imagine. It'll probably show up at some point down the road.

Indeed, I'm using DbContext API too but that's not the point, point is that DbContext API is not supported and that is the problem!
DbContext API should be supported.

DbContext is supported. The readme is wrong in that.

a) Easier way to define ref cursors?
b) Official support for EF version > 4?
