I think you haven,t configured webserver after configuring FDM Components. The solution is,
1.Stop all EPM Services.
2. Configure web server under foundation services again.
3. Start all EPM services.

No I configured server.
I restarted services and login with same user (admin) and open Planning application and logout then login now its showing
we solved this issue by removing index.jsp from workspace url.
