you can also disable the sql tuning task
in this windows the database do some jobs. Some of them are maybe not needed, but also the gather statistics job can be run here which is maybe needed for you. Consider to move the windows and not to delete it.

Please suggest how to get info on what job is running and how to move window.
You can check sessions wait to check what jobs are being executed.
