I have downloaded the Oracle 11g R2 XE from Oracle web site. Installed the software into my laptop.
i have set the environment variable as below

Variable Name: ORACLE_HOME
Variable Value : C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\server\bin;

then i try to opened the "Run SQL Command Line". it's not prompting. just it's openup and withing fraction of seconds it's get closed.
i approached other way as, open the command prompt and execute the "sqlplus" command. it's showing below errors.

Error 6 initializing SQL*Plus
SP2-0667: Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
SP2-0750: You may need to set ORACLE_HOME to your Oracle software directory

please suggest me how can i resolve this problem. i need to start working on it.
