Does anyone know of an add-on software that will make CRM on demand dial the telephone number? Why anyone would make a CRM that doesnt dial the telephone for you I don't know but we are getting CRM on demand soon and I am told it doesnt do this basic function.

We have Siebel (not on demand) and the CTI toolbar can do this.
But that does mean that you need to have a working CTI setup.
Another option could be Skype, or talk with the vendor of your telephony system.
