Swapped Datafiles

I have installed XE 11.2.0.2.0 on Windows 7 32bit.
When I do
select tablespace_name, file_name from dba_data_files;

I get

USERS     F:\ORACLE\APP\ORACLE\ORADATA\XE\USERS.DBF
UNDOTBS1     F:\ORACLE\APP\ORACLE\ORADATA\XE\SYSAUX.DBF
SYSAUX     F:\ORACLE\APP\ORACLE\ORADATA\XE\UNDOTBS1.DBF
SYSTEM     F:\ORACLE\APP\ORACLE\ORADATA\XE\SYSTEM.DBF

What could have caused datafiles for SYSAUX and USERS tablespaces to be swapped?

    Hello Jacob,

    the bug had already been detected in the beta phase, but it seems it hasn't been fixed for the final release as it's no show stopper.
    It has been discussed shortly in this forum as well: {thread:id=2291609}
    If you want to correct this, you have to stop the database, move/copy the actual files, bring up the database again and rename the references, followed by another taking another step of renaming if you want to get the original (default) names in place. (See the referenced thread for an example.)
    The only "more elegant" solution would be to patch the installer. I personally preferred to stick with the original package and created a custom post-install script to do the renaming (and some other things...)
