You may find external tables would be of use to you if you have csv file.
Pls suggest how to pass this output to a ORACLE table dynamically?Can't you directly put "insert into table" stmt in your procedure using "dynamic sql"..
Put some sample of codes, that notify the exact query of your. Then you can get exact solution on this.
