CRM On Demand - WF notifications
Have a simple workflow that sends an email when a task is created. The last time this was modified was Feb 2012. All of a sudden the workflow is still sending notifications but some of the values are not displaying a value -- it is just blank. The two fields are %%%AccountName%%% and %%%PrimaryContact%%% that are not displaying. Using other fields and they are displaying fine.
Created a new simple workflow to send notification and those fields are not displaying. This pod was recently patched for release 20....
Oracle response was that the field i was trying to capture had not populated yet since the workflow action was 'when new record saved.' The options to fix is put in a wait action for 2 minutes or use the JoinFieldValue to capture the data. We opted with the JoinFieldValue and all is working well now.
