The documentation for 2.5.16 XmlManager::XmlQueryContext still reports DeadValues as being a valid enumeration although this appears to have been removed in 2.4 according to the change log. It would be nice if this were updated if anyone is still maintaining the project.
I was able to obtain similar behavior by using XmlResults::copyResults although I could foresee a race condition.
You probably cannot see it as I misquoted the function name (sorry). I should have written XmlManager::createQueryContext()
which I accessed from the 2.5.16 C++ online docs rooted at: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17276_01/html/api_reference/CXX/frame.html .

Thanks for clarifying. I remember running into that in a couple of places. There were a number of moderate API changes in this last release that changed some things around; fortunately though, I think these documentation snafus are few and far between (as best as I can recall, it's been a while since I pored through the docs).
Hopefully the next release will come out soon and these things will be cleared up... :)
