I konw /SYS/MB/p1/SERVICE is CPU error.

Since no one here knows what may have happened in your data center we can only guess. Maybe you had an accidental unplug of your power supply or a surge in AC mains source, and that momentary "blip" in power faulted a CPU module.
Log back in to ILOM.
Clear all faults.
Monitor the system for a week or two.
If the faults return, then you will know what hardware part to replace.
How to Clear all faults?I didn't find clear method,My ILOM is 2.0 version
You get the documentation that Oracle offers for free for that system:
You read that documentation and become skilled at administering the system.
Once you have determined whether there actually is a hardware issue, you then log a service ticket with Support and take advantage of the service contract you have on that box. You can also log a service ticket and get Support to walk you through the steps.
I don't happen to have any direct hands-on experience with a Sun Fire X4200 system.
I've never even touched one and would therefore have to go read that documentation.
You can do that as quickly as I would.
Thanks for you patient.
I'm a beginner for SUN server ,I had downloaded X4200 document and read them.
I found that the fault can be clear using "set component_path clear_fault_action=true" in ilom 3.0.but for 2.0, I didn't find it
In addition my x4200 server is out of warranty period
