best would be to take the actual version of Oracle (11gR2), which fixes a lot of bugs (also in installation), than to analyze problems based on old versions.
Even if you need older databases (10.2, which I don't hope since support is ending soon), you should at least think about taking the newest version for Oracle Clusterware (Grid infrastructure), .

But rite now i have resources issue that is why i just want to implement 10 g 1st then i will move to 11 g i hope.
i know this is not a common error but i hope some one must have idea about it.
11gR2 changes a lot.
So you will not learn anything from installing 10g.
