    BDB Android

      Hi i want to use Berkeley DB in my Android app.

      I first used BDB JE but someone told me that i have to use the C-Based Product of the BDB.
      inside this download there is a folder called build_android do i have to use this folder?
      how do i set this up?

      i want to use it's SQLite Interface

          Instructions on how to build Berkeley DB, and the SQL API, on Android are at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17076_02/html/installation/build_android_intro.html.

          You can download the Berkeley DB C edition (called Berkeley DB 11gR2), at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/products/berkeleydb/downloads/index.html.

            Do i have to download it this way? this is so complicated on my mac.

            is there another way to add berkeley db sqlite plugin?

            i downloaded the Android Source Code via Eclipse. Can i add the BDB files there?
