One could suppose that the following from the java docs for close() might explain it.
+"Also, any classes or resources that are already loaded, are still accessible. "+
It would depend on what 'resources' means or should mean.
in fact, it's quite ambiguous.
However, judging from the doc, which speaks of "any resources", annotations should be available after one has closed the loader. But it isn't true. In my opinion, it's a bug.
