It would seem you didn't provide such details to whomever in your company placed the order for the system.
I suggest you work with that person to go back to the equipment vendor and order the correct parts and get them to exchange for whatever you currently cannot use.
Alternatively, you could go buy the sort of UPS that works with your new computer system.
1. Check Volts specification for UPS and M9000.
Delta standarts for M9000 require 200-240V between line.
2. Check Documentation for UPS. Possible it can change power standarts.
3. Discuss fiith Oracle account manager about replace Power options. ( In case you order power cabinet it shold be replced to)
4. Discuss with electriacl engineer about possible solution ( power transformer etc).
thanks for your reply, and as oracle refused to replace the power cabinate , and asked to return back the whole server , and purchase a new one inaddition to pay for the differances
our electrical engineer suggested the following :
use a converter that will convert 3 phase STAR to 3 phase DELTA
will this be safe ?
did you use converters to cure your problem? you can of course just replace the AC power section to Star and not replace the whole power cabinet as that’s the only part which is different and does all the conversion for you in one unit.
Im looking for the Delta version AC Section which you have there, have you replaced them or just use the convertors?
