add the below line in b/w 12th and 13th line in your create database statement
SYSAUX DATAFILE 'C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\oradata\aks\SYSAUX1.dbf' SIZE 320M REUSE AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT 5120K MAXSIZE UNLIMITED

your database creation statement should look something like below one

          DATAFILE 'C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\oradata\aks\SYSTEM01.dbf' SIZE 325M
REUSE AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT 1024K MAXSIZE UNLIMITED
          SYSAUX DATAFILE 'C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\oradata\aks\SYSAUX1.dbf' SIZE 320M
REUSE AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT 1024K MAXSIZE UNLIMITED
          UNDO TABLESPACE UNDOTBS1
          DATAFILE 'C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\oradata\aks\UNDOTBS1.dbf' SIZE 320M
REUSE AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT 5120K MAXSIZE UNLIMITED
          DEFAULT TEMPORARY TABLESPACE TEMP
