Migration From Linux 32bit to 64bit

Hi All,

Our organization recently purchased a new server so we are required to migrate our current R12.0.4 single node setup running on RHEL 4.0 (32BIT) to the new server
which has RHEL 5.0 (64BIT). The current DB version is 10.2.0.3.0.
I would kindly like a clarification on one thing.
As per document id 456197.1, when creating the new ORACLE_HOME on the target machine, Am i supposed to download the installation files from Oracle.com or is it possible to use the R12.0.4 64BIT installation DVD's??

Thanks.
