I assume you are referring to 220.127.116.11, where the options does not exist.
However, you could extract metadata through the web.
Login to the application.
Consolidation > Extract > Application Elements.
Down the security extract you would find Metadata extract, select the Delimiter, File format and the Filters and click on Extract at the right hand corner.

You can use the EPMA file generator on the foundation server to extract the metadata.
You can use the LCM utility to take the backup of application artifacts.
