    Oracle EBS R12i Installation error

      Dear Friends
      Please i need your help regarding Oracle EBS R12.1.1 installation,
      I am a newbie in Oracle and i managed to installed Oracle EBS R12 after many failures.
      I installed it on Microsoft Server 2003,when i tried to logged in,i have the error (see attached)
      I have check the forum for possible solution but its not windows platform.
      Please kindly help me out with the solution.


      FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happened due to invalid configruation. Please look into the web-server log file for details.

          Please confirm that you have completed all the steps in (Oracle E-Business Suite Installation and Upgrade Notes Release 12 (12.1.1) for Microsoft Windows Server (32-bit) [ID 761567.1]).

          Also, please run AutoConfig and make sure it completes successfully.

          Please post the output of "adopmnctl.cmd status" command here.
