    When you start up an application, Nucleus reads the configuration path, which is a list of directories to use to find configuration files. Within one of those directories is a file called Nucleus.properties that contains the name of the first component to create. In the standard ATG platform configuration, the start of the Nucleus.properties file looks like this:
    $class=atg.nucleus.Nucleus
    initialServiceName=/Initial

    Suppose that you want your application to start a service called Component1, Component2, Component3...... when the application starts. You could modify the Initial.properties file to add this service change made to Initial.properties to start your own services when your application starts up. An Initial.properties file might look something like this:

    $class=atg.nucleus.InitialService
    initialServices=\
    Component1,\
    Component2,\
    Component3,\..............etc
