FDQM mapping inclusivity in V 126.96.36.199

Will an alpha suffix on a numeric account (example: 790105U) map to the target FM account using "between" rule set when a numeric range rule definition is specified as shown in the example below?
Rule name; Rule description; Rule definition; Target FM Account
w790100; Tax provision; 790100, 790199; CY_Provision
Is the better process to define an "Explicit" rule set to ensure mapping to the desired Target FM Account?
