    dlopen in libpscompat failed for ‘lib.so’: lib.so: cannot open shared objec

      I’m getting an error message when booting the Application server on a Linux (OEL 5) box. The error message is below:

      dlopen in libpscompat failed for ‘lib.so’: lib.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

      I’ve installed the latest Tuxedo rolling patch and the Oracle client version is 11.2.0.1.0 (x64). Tools version is 8.52. My environment variables are as below:

      I’m unsure what the reason behind this error message is. I’ve never heard of a library file ‘lib.so’. Normally all library files have a name appended to it (ie. libpscompat). I’ve checked Oracle support, but all the articles found mention other files and none are about lib.so. Anybody who can help me with this? I've been struggling for 2 days with this error.
