Subtotals issue

Hi,

I have a situation where I have to display a subtotal over a column

But, I have a situation where I'm getting 2 subtotals for the same column because of one column which is next to my main column is having two different values.

Can any one suggest the best way to group this column so that I can get only one subtotal
