Run the following command to configure the new disk
cfgadm -c configure c8::w5000cca012c99be5
check that new disks are seen from format.
your old disk should go once this is configured or during the next reboot.
you might need to do a reconfigure reboot with either "touch /reconfigure ; init 6" or "reboot -- -r". Or you can try rebuilding the device tree with "devfsadm -C".
If you want to manually remove the disk from cfgadm, run "cfgadm -c unconfigure c8::w5000cca012c9aa15,0"
