Hello,

I'm looking for information regarding Custom JDBC Adapter.
The idea is "to listen" to Database Change Event (Oracle DB) ,catch the query ant transfer it to Processor.
Any help would be appreciated .

Regards,
Dmitry

    Hi,

I generally do that with DB triggers + Advanced Queues in the Database. WLS integrates with AQ natively and you can then forward the messages to CEP after consuming them from the AQ layer.

    Hello Daniel,

    Thank you for you answer.
Our current configuration doesn't include WLS.
Besides that - my client prefers not to touch DB.
The idea is Using Data Change Notification.

    Hi Dimitry,

One option is to create a custom adapter that uses Golden Gate for the data record changes acquisition.

    Best regards

    Hi

If it is Oracle database we can always look into DCN (Database Change Notification), isn't it?
We can create an EventAdapter adapter based on onDatabaseChangeNotification method of DatabaseChangeListener.
    Please refer the following link
