For PS HR, I have activated the person_basic_sync message. When I create a new employee, or update an address under employee self service, I see the person_basic_sync message triggered with the appropriate data. However, updating the name, a phone number or email address through the same employee self service does not trigger anything. Looking at the message, it should be triggered on any update to personal info, phone or email. It only seems to be triggered by an address change. Any ideas why this is not triggering? I don't think that personal phone and email is being handled in another message. Using PT 8.43.10 and HRMS 8.80.01.000.
