please let me know where I can find good solution for restore and recover database in situation when I have reinstalled all system with database.
From "old" database I have datafiles(tablespace), backup files, backup controlfile, etc. In "new" database I create new tablespace, the name of "new" database is the same as "old"
you have to perform restoration of database from backup which was done before system reinstallation.
Just refer this oracle doc1 person found this helpful

If you are not using a catalog database and if you are restoring the controlfile from autobackup, then you'll have to set the DBID.
You can get the DBID from the alert log of your Prod database or if you have the controlfile autobackup of the Prod database or may be even if you have any RMAN backup logs of the Prod database.
I do not know the version of the database you were using and hence suggested you to check the normal method. If you are on 11g, then you can enjoy its features. Take a look at this http://shivanandarao.wordpress.com/2012/04/28/duplicating-database-without-connecting-to-target-database-or-catalog-database-in-oracle-11g/
