Have three Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 databases,
two on Win2008 production servers supporting intranet applications, and one Win 7 development laptop.
All three now have this error starting database control web application in Internet Explorer:
Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked
Continue to this website, which has worked for years, FAILS.
IE9 popup blocker disabled
Database control URL in TRUSTED SITE list
TRUSTED SITE security level set LOW
IE9 Protected mode NOT enabled
System changes
1. Daylight savings changed over weekend. System time is okay.
2. I upgraded from Oracle Java 7.5 to 7.7 in last week.
3. Windows.. always install all Windows Updates.. but you never know what gets changed
4. Hard to believe an Oracle cert would all expire in the same week, as three databases have various install dates
ranging from Jan 2010 to Apr 2011.

On one system, I removed and rebuilt the repository with NO ERRORS during process.
No effect on the certificate navigation blocked error.
Reset IE9 to defaults.
No effect on the certificate navigation blocked error.
This Forum talks about certs 512-bit vs 1024-bit, but that does not seem to apply to 11g 201 DBCONSOLE.
Any recommendations??
