for being sure, just try if are you able to query any OOTB property by following same approach.
Please correct the table type in your xml.
type should be "auxiliary" and not "auxilary"
I tried the following code and I am able to display the values.
RepositoryView rview = repository.getView("product");
RqlStatement statement = RqlStatement.parseRqlStatement("id = ?0");
Object params = new Object;
params = new String(getProductId());
RepositoryItem items = statement.executeQuery (rview, params);
RepositoryItem ritem =items;
String prod=(String) ritem.getPropertyValue("longDescription");
Hi, correct it as suggested by Gurvinder and again generate sq code for table my_dcs_productl and run in database. For example if you are using mysql database with xyz database name. then run sql code of my_dcs_product table in xyz database. Then proceed above.

It is clear your property has not been picked up. You are pasting the definition of the file you created. Make sure this property is present or not in definitionFiles property of ProductCatalog component in dyn/admin.
In your another post, there are steps clearly mentioned to check if your changes are being picked or not. Please verify that. It will fix your issue.
