Date objects

I have successfully converted a string into a date object. It is in the format yyyy-mm-dd. Are there any functions for the date object to transform this date to being in the UK format of dd-mm-yyyy? Or from an OEID perspective is it just a data type?

OEID supports the datetime data type natively. When you're in EID Studio, most (maybe all?) of the components support formatting the date in both American and European styles (EID nomenclature, not mine).

For example, if you drop a results table on a page, go into preferences and click the edit icon (Pencil), you will be able to select from those two formats.
