if element is null replace with 0 else show the value ( u can show anything u needed i just took 0 as an example)
so in ur case it becomes

What I want to do is replace it with another value, if Addressline1 is null replace it with SupplierAddressLine but for some reason any condition I try to find its not reading !='' correctly, it displays SupplierAddressLine for all records even if its not null. Below is a snippet of the xml file.
<AddressLine2>P.O. BOX 001</AddressLine2>
it should read

AddressLine1 and Addressline1 are different tags
for you case
and it's work for me

Thanks for replying but something was wrong with the relationship between the xml file and the template, it would not read nulls, see my reply to Avinash, had to convert to number to check for characters.
