    SR's not visible

      Dear all,

      We have a valid support contract with oracle. For the past few days, am unable to see any SR's or if am opening new SR's , it is not visible ?. Any idea ?

          As far as I recall, the administrator of that CSI (person/e-mail who registered the CSI) controls access to that CSI - and what can be seen and done by other users (e-mail addresses) assigned to that CSI.

          Have that person check out your account settings for that CSI. If you are the CSI owner/admin, then review the CSI config settings.
