hello.. I want to ensure that my app users work with a certain java version
I know the <j2se version="1.6+"/> tag in the jnlp file but... what if wanted to ensure a java
version.. for example 1.6u35 ?

I think that can be done. See the resources link off this page. http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/guides/javaws/developersguide/contents.html
I know this is the Java 7 docs, but do not think that is changed in 7.
