Kickstart prevent kernel-uek installing

Here's the problem can't reliably prevent kernel-uek and kernel-uek-firmware from being installed. I am trying to kickstart OEL 6.3, and I'm keeping the packages pretty slim. My kickstart is pretty simple and none of the logs are showing why kernel-uek is being installed, I know that kernel-uek is installed by default, however it has no dependencies so marking it to be removed from the install should do that. I'll include the packages line here

adding --nobase does not effect the install, kernel-uek seems to be installed no matter what. Is there any way to exclude the UEK2 Repository?
