here is what i got responce from support.
Please download and apply patch 10283021. This will provide you with template adsvopmn_cmd_1013.tmp 120.0.12010000.5 which has the corrected code. I also suggest you review the above document for any other recommended patches which may be missing from your system.
The patch i am recommending is also listed in the following document as a requirement when using Windows 2008. While the patch has been around for 2years it only a recent addition to the document:
