Failed to start module _auto_generated_ear_, Eclipse, Weblog, P6

Hello,

I use Eclipse to develop Oracle P6 on WebLogic

p6.ear can be ran on the weblogic server

but I want to use the eclipse to develop it.

I new a dynamic web project and an ear project on the weblogic and test it is good.

BUT I import the p6.ear and run it.

the error message is below:
