    The Best Oracle Developer

      Dear Friends,

Sorry if this question is not technical enough to put forward in this place. I am an experienced programmer but new at Oracle. I already have some experience at Java developing tasks. I was wondering if you tell me which Enterprise or Fusion developing tool - IDE is the best for Oracle and Pl/SQL. I have heard something of Oracle Developer 2000 that I think is out of date. What do you think of Oracle APEX or any Java based IDE. generally, what is any difference between APEX and OFM - Oracle Fusion Middleware.

If you have experience in Java and you want to start developing in the Oracle universe go with JDeveloper and Oracle ADF - that's the best Java based development tool and framework for building enterprise applications in the Oracle eco-system. It is the tool used by Oracle to build Fusion Applications as well as many products.
