I have upgraded from 10.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 and able to start application, log in to r12 and run concurrent programs etc.
I am confused about the next steps moving to 12.1.3.

1)-apply patch Patch 9239089. (R12.AD.B.DELTA.3 (R12.AD.B.DELTA.3)
2)- 11gCS and FNDCPASS User Exit Merge Consolidation Patch, Patch 12964564
3) - Apply patch 9239090 .
a) Patch 9817770:R12.ATG_PF.B (POST-R12.ATG_PF.B.DELTA.3 CONSOLIDATED PATCH).
b) Patch 9966055:R12.FND.B

have one more question, to upgrade the customize form to 10.1.3, do I need to apply any middletier patch ? can you please send me good document how to upgrade customize forms after upgrade to 12.1.3.

Thanks Hussein for your prompt reply, I will ask one question related to this:
Once I colmplete upgrade to 12.1.3 ( after applying 12.1.3 patches), then move for customization forms, report or first hadle customization and then apply 12.13, what is recommended.
I have just completed 12.1.1 upgrade, I have not done any post upgrade tasks yet for 12.1.1, just started 12.1.1 application and checked everything runs fine including concurrent manager.If you are not releasing the 12.1.1 instance to the users, you can go ahead and finish 12.1.3 then complete the post steps after you are done with 12.1.3 upgrade.
Now if I first go for 12.1.3 patch and then do post upgrade tasks/post product patches, is that OK or first I should complete all post upgrade tasks and then apply 12.1.3 patch.
